Nuno Rodrigues (INL) joins Prestigious Winter School on Solar Cells

We are thrilled to announce that Nuno Rodrigues recently participated in the esteemed Les Houches School of Physics winter session, held from 12 to 17 May 2024.

The event, titled "Physics of Solar Cells: From Basic Principles to High Performance," took place in the picturesque village of Les Houches in the French Alps.

This school is renowned for bringing together the brightest minds in photovoltaic (PV) research, providing a platform for advanced learning and collaboration. Nuno's attendance at this event is a testament to his dedication and our commitment to pushing the boundaries of solar cell technology.

During the session, Nuno presented a poster on "Semi-transparent Micro-striped Thin-film Photovoltaics for Energy-harvesting Windows." His presentation covered the TRANSMIT's project aim, innovative strategy, and preliminary results, highlighting the potential of this technology to revolutionize energy-harvesting applications in urban environments.

Nuno's participation was not only a significant personal achievement but also a crucial step forward for our project. The knowledge and insights gained from interacting with leading experts will undoubtedly enhance our research efforts. We are proud of Nuno's accomplishments and excited about the future developments this will bring to our work.
